My new site is online right now!! Actually, it has been online since the end of last week but I have been too busy to blog about it. The link to my new site is www.csp-weddings.com. That is my online portfolio and the site that clients can communicate with me. It also has pricing information (for weddings) as well as a little bio and description of my photography. Check it out and let me know what you think!

Why I love Textures
I've been playing around with textures for a few years now and I just can't get enough of them. I know that they're not everybody's cup of tea, but I think that it really makes a picture unique and sort of timeless. I've heard photographers call them dirty pictures, but what I call them is pure awesomeness! See for yourselves here with a before and after, and let me know what you think. Hopefully, you can tell which one is which. :)

Lily -Part 2
I said that I was going to get the chance to take some more pictures of Lily and Labor Day turned out to be the day. She is the cutest little thing. Here are a few new pictures that I really liked.
Now that you've seen all of the newborn pictures of Lily, I want to show you something that I'm really excited about. I have to admit that I'm not the first person to make some calendars like this, but I wanted to give it a try because it's so cool. These are 4 x 6 calendars which are very inexpensive to print, making these an excellent gift for grandma and grandpa, aunts and uncles, missionaries, kids away at school, and the list goes on and on. Put these in a black, thin profile frame for a very sleek, contemporary look, or you can go even more modern and put them in a plastic frame like this. I'll post some pictures of how these work very soon. I also need to thank my older brother, Joe who showed the coolest way of making these calendars. Oh, and in case you didn't know, my brother is a computer guru. I just looked up the word Guru because it's so cool to say and I wanted to know exactly what it means. Some synonyms of Guru are:teacher, tutor, sage, mentor, leader, master, authority, pundit, specialist, and informally 'whiz.' Yep, that just about describes him. Thanks, Joe.
